The Fiscal Roadmap

One clear fiscal architecture for your life, your companies and your legacy

This is not ad hoc tax advice. It is deep, one-off premium work where I map your entire situation across borders. We surface real risks and possibilities. We then design a coherent fiscal structure that serves your ambitions, protects your family and holds up to any tax authority. If conventional advice has left you with anxiety, patchwork and questions, the Fiscal Roadmap is where we put everything on the table and rebuild on solid ground.

Your first step

A free 15-minute call to outline your stakes and your goals, and decide together on the most relevant next step.

What this work actually is

This is not a hotline, a quick opinion or a trick to “pay less tax”. It is a strategic framework where we redesign the fiscal side of your life so it finally matches what you have built.

Architecture, not patchwork

We stop treating each company, property or country as a separate case. We look at everything together and build one coherent structure instead of stacking quick fixes.

Dreams and risks in the same conversation

We talk about what you fear (audits, reassessments, loss) and what you really want (freedom, growth, legacy), then design scenarios that respect both.

One deep premium project, not endless advice

We work in a focused timeframe, with a clear beginning and end, to produce a roadmap you can live with for years and use with all your other advisors.

Who the Fiscal Roadmap is designed for

This work is for people whose reality is already complex and who know they cannot afford to improvise.

It is designed for you if…

  • You live, build or invest across several countries.

  • You have multiple entities, assets or properties and feel your structure is fragile or opaque

  • You have already consulted several advisors and still feel exposed, confused or badly coordinated

  • You are approaching a major move (exit, relocation, fundraising, succession, big investment) and want to decide from a calm, informed place

  • You want to stay fully within the rules while using every intelligent option that fits your reality and your values

If you read this and recognise your situation, the Fiscal Roadmap is probably the right framework.

Inside the Fiscal Roadmap

What you receive is not a vague set of recommendations, but a structured piece of work you can actually live with and defend.

Global mapping

We lay out your countries, entities, flows, family stakes and projects in one coherent picture, so your international life finally makes sense as a whole.

Risk and fragility scan

We identify where you are truly exposed, what could break in an audit or a change of law, and what has been ignored or underestimated until now.

Scenario lab

We design several quantified paths with clear trade-offs. Stay, move, restructure, pass on, invest. You see the impact of each choice before you decide.

The written architecture

You receive a long-form written opinion that translates all this into one coherent fiscal structure you can live with, grow with and defend to any tax authority.

Implementation roadmap

You leave with a concrete plan for what to do, in which order, and with which advisors, so the architecture we designed together becomes reality.

Questions about the Fiscal Roadmap

You are not buying a template. It is normal to have questions before we start.

Do I need to change countries or restructure everything if we work together?

No. Sometimes the best option is a big move. Sometimes it is a precise adjustment of what already exists. My role is to show you the scenarios, with numbers and consequences, so you can choose the path that really fits your life, your family and your appetite for change.

What if I already have an accountant, a lawyer and a private banker?

Perfect. I do not replace them. I design the global architecture and give them a clear roadmap to work from. When needed, I coordinate with them so that what we decide together is implemented correctly in each country and each structure.

Is my situation too atypical or too “messy” for this to work?

Probably not. Many of my clients arrive with a patchwork of entities, countries and decisions made over years. The Roadmap exists precisely for that: to put everything on the table, restore logic and give you one coherent picture to act from.

How do you charge for the Fiscal Roadmap?

This is a fixed fee, not hourly billing. Once we have outlined your situation together and I have a clear first view of it, I send you a proposal with a fixed fee that covers the full Roadmap. You know exactly what is included before we start.

What happens after the Roadmap is delivered?

You keep the written architecture and the implementation plan. If you wish, I can stay involved as a strategic partner for key decisions or future adjustments, but there is no obligation. The idea is that you are equipped and sovereign, not dependent.

If what this site describes resonates with you, the work begins with a first conversation. A short call to outline your situation, identify the key issues at stake, and see whether the firm is the right advisor for you. Nothing to prepare. No commitment.
